OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill water pan with the appropriate amount of water for the hot dogs you are going to heat. Start with water as hot as possible
- Place up to three sterno cans on each holder, light sterno cans and place inside sterno heating area underneath the water pan. Water may take up to an hour to reach appropriate temperature.
- When water reaches the appropriate temperature place hot dogs in water and heat accordingly.
- Check sterno periodically to make sure they have not extinguished. CAUTION sterno cans and holders, as well as the flip doors to the hot dogs and the door to the sterno will be VERY HOT.
When finished with unit please wash with warm soapy water, rinse and dry.
